The Children’s Research Center, a division of the National Council on Crime and Delinquency, a non-profit research organization, accepts resumes on a continual basis for full-time social service managers to assist senior researchers in SDM design, training sessions for line staff and supervisors, training curriculum development, technical assistance support, key leader presentations, and other CPS/SDM project site activities. Candidates must possess solid program skills in the areas of Structured Decision Making® (SDM) and child protective services (CPS) systems. Advanced writing, public speaking, and project management skills are required.

Some travel required to program sites; demonstrated skills in group facilitation; experience with CPS service delivery and policy formulation; education in social work or related field; and work experience in a public or private child welfare agency is highly desirable. The successful candidate must operate out of Madison, Wisconsin. Candidates must have MA degree or higher in the social sciences, or BA in social services and equivalent experience in research or program management. Five years experience with a CPS agency is necessary. Experience using SDM® and/or SafeMeasures® is a plus.
